# The free trial

> New organisations get a free trial with every feature and no card required. Choose a plan before it ends to keep working without interruption.

Every new organisation starts with a **14-day free trial**. You don't need to enter a card to start it, and every feature is available during the trial.

## Keeping track

A banner at the top of the app shows how many days are left, with a **Choose a plan** link. The owner and admins can also see the trial's end date under [**Settings → Plan & billing**](https://app.quoterium.com/settings/billing), where the status shows as **Free trial**.

## Choosing a plan during the trial

The owner can choose a plan at any time. See [Choose or change your plan](https://quoterium.com/help/billing-and-plans/change-plan).

## When the trial ends

If no plan has been chosen by the end of the trial, the organisation is locked: the banner says **Your free trial has ended**, and the app only lets you reach the billing page until a plan is chosen. Nothing is deleted. Your quotes, clients, library, templates and settings are all kept, and everything is back as soon as the owner chooses a plan.
