# Plans and pricing

> Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ in how many people can use them, how many quotes you can create each month, file storage and AI quote imports. Prices are in pounds, euros or US dollars; pay monthly or yearly.

Quoterium has three plans. They all include every feature: multi-currency quotes, e-signatures, payment milestones, the library and templates, Xero, your own email sending and everything else. The differences are the number of users, the number of quotes per month, the file storage and the number of AI quote imports per month.

| Plan | Users | Quotes per month | File storage | AI imports and drafts per month | Monthly | Yearly |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Solo | 1 | 10 | 10 MB | 1 | £19 · €22 · $25 | £190 · €220 · $250 |
| Team | Up to 5 | 100 | 50 MB | 20 | £39 · €45 · $49 | £390 · €450 · $490 |
| Business | Unlimited | Unlimited | 100 MB | 100 | £79 · €89 · $99 | £790 · €890 · $990 |

Every plan includes support: owners and admins can write to us from **Support** in the account menu. Current prices are always shown on the [pricing page](https://quoterium.com/pricing) and under [**Settings → Plan & billing**](https://app.quoterium.com/settings/billing).

## Your billing currency

Plans are priced in pounds sterling in the UK, euros in the euro area and US dollars everywhere else. The prices in each currency are set separately — they are not converted at exchange rates. Your organisation is billed in the currency chosen when you created your account, based on where you signed up; **Settings → Plan & billing** shows it above the plans. If you would like to be billed in a different one of the three, [contact support](https://quoterium.com/support) before you subscribe: once a subscription has started, it stays in its currency.

## Monthly or yearly

You can pay monthly, or yearly with two months free. Use the **Monthly** / **Yearly** switch above the plans to compare.

## How the limits work

- **Users** are the people in your organisation, including the owner and admins. Invitations that haven't been accepted count as users until they expire, so **Revoke** an invitation you no longer need to free its seat.
- **Quotes per month** counts the quotes created in the current calendar month, including drafts. Templates don't count. Quotes you delete still count for the month they were created in.
- **File storage** counts everything your organisation uploads: library files, attachments, and images and files in rich text. See [The file library](https://quoterium.com/help/writing-quotes/file-library).
- **AI imports** are quotes created from a Word or PDF document in the current calendar month. Imports that fail don't count, and there is no limit if your organisation uses its own OpenRouter key. See [Import a quote from Word or PDF](https://quoterium.com/help/writing-quotes/import-a-quote).
- The limits on users and quotes apply once you are on a paid plan: during the free trial you can add as many people and create as many quotes as you like. File storage and AI imports do have limits during the trial: the free trial's own allowance. The storage meter on the dashboard and on **Library → Files**, and the import box, show how much is left.

**Settings → Plan & billing** shows your current usage against your plan's limits under **Team members** and **Quotes this month**. If you need more, move to a larger plan; see [Choose or change your plan](https://quoterium.com/help/billing-and-plans/change-plan).

## One plan per organisation

Each organisation has its own plan and is billed separately. If you have several organisations under one login, each needs its own subscription. See [Work with several organisations](https://quoterium.com/help/getting-started/multiple-organisations).

## Complimentary access

Occasionally we give an organisation free access, for example as part of a partnership. Its status then shows as **Complimentary**, either with no expiry or until a date. No subscription is needed while it lasts. When an end date is near, a banner reminds you to choose a plan.
