# The client page and its statistics

> Each client has a page with its details, private notes, contacts, quotes and quoting statistics such as the value sent and the acceptance rate.

Open any client from [**Clients**](https://app.quoterium.com/clients) to see everything about them in one place.

## What's on the page

- **Details**: name, contact details, address, tax number and preferred currency, all editable in place.
- **Private notes**: internal notes about the client. See [Private notes on clients](https://quoterium.com/help/clients-and-contacts/private-notes-for-clients).
- **Quote statistics**: a summary of your quoting history with this client (below).
- **Contacts**: everyone at the client, with **New contact** to add one, and buttons to **Quote**, **Edit**, **Archive** or **Delete** each one. Archived contacts are listed separately and can be restored.
- **Quotes**: the client's quotes, grouped by status, with the same columns as the Quotes page. **Open in quotes list** shows them in the full quotes list, filtered to this client.
- **Accounting**: the link to a Xero contact, when Xero is connected.

## Quote statistics

| Figure | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Sent | Quotes sent to this client, with their combined value. Drafts and withdrawn quotes are not counted. |
| Accepted | Quotes the client accepted. |
| Awaiting reply | Quotes still open: sent, or taken offline for editing. |
| Not accepted | Quotes that were declined or expired. |
| Average value | The average value of a sent quote. |
| Acceptance rate | Accepted quotes as a share of all decided ones (accepted plus not accepted). |

The date of the most recent quote is given under the figures, as **Last quote**. Amounts are shown in your base currency. Quotes in other currencies are converted using the exchange rate stored on each quote, so the figures don't move when rates change.

## Start a quote for the client

Choose **New quote** at the top of the page to start a quote for the client's primary contact (or the first contact), or **Quote** next to a particular contact. The quote starts from your default template, in the client's preferred currency if one is set, and with the client's private notes copied in. See [Quote templates](https://quoterium.com/help/library-and-templates/templates).
