# The quotes list: search, filters and bulk actions

> Find any quote with search, status tabs and filters, see which quotes have been opened or need a follow-up, and act on several quotes at once.

The [Quotes](https://app.quoterium.com/quotes) page lists every quote in your organisation, 25 at a time.

## Searching and filtering

- **Search**: type part of a title, a quote number, a client name, or a contact's name or email address.
- **Progress**: **Active** (the default), **On hold** or **All**. Quotes marked Complete or Dismissed only appear under **All**. See [Quote statuses and progress](https://quoterium.com/help/sending-and-follow-up/quote-statuses-and-progress).
- **Owner**: **Everyone** or **Me**.
- **Show**: tick **Live now** for quotes a customer has open at this moment, **Archived** to see archived quotes, or **Deleted** to see deleted drafts.
- **Status tabs**: All, Draft, Editing, Sent, Accepted, Declined, Expired and Withdrawn, each with the number of matching quotes when there are any.

On **All**, quotes are grouped by status in that order, each group under a coloured heading with its count. Click a column heading (Quote, Customer, Status, Viewed, Owner, Updated, Total) to sort; click again to reverse the order. Sorting applies within each group.

## Reading a row

The **Viewed** column shows **Viewing now** while a customer has the quote open, **Viewed** (or **Viewed 3 times**, and so on) with how long ago, or **Not opened**. Under the title, a count of unanswered questions and a **Follow up** marker appear when relevant. Quotes in another currency also show their value in your base currency under the total.

When you open the list from a client's page, a **Client** filter appears next to the status tabs; click the ✕ to clear it.

## Bulk actions

1. Click **Bulk edit**.
2. Tick the quotes you want, or use the checkbox in the heading to select every quote on the page.
3. Open **With selected** and choose an action: **Put on hold**, **Mark as active**, **Complete** (accepted quotes only), **Dismiss follow-ups**, **Delete drafts**, **Archive** or **Unarchive**. With **Deleted** ticked, **Restore** brings deleted drafts back.
4. Click **Done** when you have finished.

Quotes an action does not apply to are skipped; for example, **Delete drafts** leaves sent quotes alone.

## Exporting

**Export CSV** downloads the quotes that match your current search and filters, ready for a spreadsheet.
