# Invite your team

> Admins can invite colleagues by email as members or admins. Invitations can be resent as a link or revoked until they are accepted.

## Send invitations

1. Go to [**Settings → Team**](https://app.quoterium.com/settings/team). Only admins and the owner see this page.
2. Under **Invite people**, enter one or more **Email addresses**, one per line or separated by commas.
3. Choose a **Role**: **Member** or **Admin**. See [Roles and permissions](https://quoterium.com/help/team-and-settings/roles-and-permissions).
4. Choose **Send invitations**.

Each person receives an email with an **Accept invitation** button. Addresses that already belong to a member of the organisation are skipped.

## Accepting an invitation

- If you don't have a Quoterium account yet, the page says "Choose a name and password to create your account." Enter them (at least 8 characters for the password), then the **Join** button (it shows the organisation's name) takes you straight in.
- If you already have an account, the page says "You already have a Quoterium account: sign in with your password to join" followed by the organisation's name. Enter your current password and choose **Join**: the organisation is added to your existing login. Forgotten it? Use **Forgot?** next to the field. You can then switch between your organisations from the account menu. See [Work with several organisations](https://quoterium.com/help/getting-started/multiple-organisations).

The invitation is tied to the email address it was sent to, and its link works for 7 days.

## Pending invitations

Invitations that haven't been accepted yet are listed under **Pending invitations**. For each one you can:

- **Copy link**: copy the invitation link to send it another way, for example if the email went to spam;
- **Send again**: for an invitation marked **Expired**, send a new link that works for another 7 days;
- **Revoke**: cancel the invitation so the link no longer works.

Inviting the same address again replaces the earlier invitation with a new one.

## Plan limits

Each plan includes a number of users. [**Settings → Plan & billing**](https://app.quoterium.com/settings/billing) shows how many team members you have against your plan's limit. If you need more people than your plan allows, the owner can move to a larger plan; see [Choose or change your plan](https://quoterium.com/help/billing-and-plans/change-plan).

If an invitation email doesn't arrive, see [Emails not arriving](https://quoterium.com/help/troubleshooting/emails-not-arriving).
