# Your profile, email signature and saved signature

> Set the name and details customers see on your quotes, the signature added to your emails, a saved signature for countersigning, and your password.

Everyone has a profile, whatever their role. Open it from the account menu (your initials, top right) with **Your profile**, or go to [**Settings → Your profile**](https://app.quoterium.com/settings/profile).

## Your details

Your **Name**, **Job title** and **Phone** are shown to customers as the author of your quotes. Choose **Save changes** after changing them.

Your **Email** is the address you sign in with. It can't be changed here; [contact support](https://quoterium.com/support) if you need to change it.

## Email signature

The **Email signature** is added to the end of the quote emails you send. It's rich text, so you can include formatting and links.

## Notifications

**Email me when a customer opens a quote** is on for everyone: you are emailed the first time a customer opens a quote you own, and when they come back to it after a quiet spell (your organisation's follow-up days). Untick it and choose **Save changes** to stop those emails. Questions, acceptances and declines are always emailed to the quote's owner. ## Your saved signature

When a customer accepts a quote, your organisation can countersign it. Saving a signature on your profile lets you do that in one click.

1. Under **Your signature**, choose **Draw** to sign with a mouse, pen or finger, or **Type** to type your name.
2. Choose **Save signature**.

Use **Replace** or **Remove** to change it later. The signature is stored on your profile only. When you countersign, choose **Use my saved signature** or **Sign now**. See [Accepting a quote and e-signatures](https://quoterium.com/help/customer-view-and-e-signature/accepting-a-quote-e-signature).

## Change your password

1. Under **Change password**, enter your **Current password**.
2. Enter the **New password** (at least 8 characters) and repeat it in **Confirm new password**.
3. Choose **Change password**.
