# I can't open my quotes: the account is locked

> If you only see a banner and the billing page, your trial or subscription has ended. Your data is safe; the owner can restore access by choosing a plan.

If a dark banner says **Your free trial has ended**, **Your subscription has been cancelled** or **Your complimentary access has ended**, and pages won't load, your organisation is locked.

## Your data is safe

Nothing has been deleted. Quotes, clients, the library, templates and settings are all kept exactly as they were.

## Restore access

1. The organisation owner signs in.
2. They choose **Choose a plan** in the banner, or go to [**Settings → Plan & billing**](https://app.quoterium.com/settings/billing).
3. They pick a plan and pay through Stripe.

Access returns for everyone as soon as payment is confirmed. See [Choose or change your plan](https://quoterium.com/help/billing-and-plans/change-plan).

## Not the owner?

Only the owner can choose a plan. Ask them, or if the owner has left your company, [contact support](https://quoterium.com/support).

## A different banner?

**Your last payment failed** doesn't lock you out: you can keep working while Stripe retries, but update the card soon. See [Failed payments](https://quoterium.com/help/billing-and-plans/failed-payments).
