Do my clients need an account?
No. Each recipient gets their own private link by email. They can read the quote, choose options, ask questions, download a PDF and accept — without signing up for anything.
Is the e-signature legally binding?
Quoterium records the evidence that electronic signatures rely on: the signer’s name and signature, an optional email verification code, the time, IP address and device, and a fingerprint of the exact document that was accepted. It all goes into a signature certificate attached to the PDF. Whether that meets the requirements for a particular contract depends on where you and your client are — if in doubt, ask your lawyer.
Can quotes come from my own email address?
Quotes are sent in your organisation’s name from our trusted address, so nothing needs setting up on your domain, and your clients’ replies come back to the quote and to you. To send from your own address instead, connect your own mail server, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Can I bring my quotes from another tool?
Yes. Upload a quote as a Word document or a PDF, scans included, and Quoterium reads it with AI and creates a draft with the client, items, prices, tax, terms and formatting. You check it before anything is sent; it even compares its total with the document’s. Every plan includes a number of imports each month.
Which currencies can I quote in?
Pounds, euros and US dollars, and many more, from yen and Swiss francs to rand and dirhams. The currencies the European Central Bank publishes — most of them — get its daily reference rates; for the others, such as the UAE dirham and the Saudi riyal, you set a fixed rate yourself. You keep your price list in your own base currency and Quoterium converts each quote, with your margin and rounding.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Choose a plan to carry on — your quotes, clients and settings are all kept. There is no card to enter during the trial, so nothing is charged unless you decide to subscribe.
