- The library: reusable price and text items The library stores the products, services and standard wording you quote again and again, so you can add them to any quote in a few keystrokes.
- Create and edit library items Add price items and text items to the library: codes, headings, descriptions, prices, tax, categories, customer options and recurring prices.
- Use library items in quotes Add library items to a quote by typing a heading or using From library, and decide whether changes made in the quote should go back to the library.

- Template components Every item in a template is a library component. When you edit one, choose whether to update it everywhere, save it as a new component or discard the change.
