Quoterium

Schedule a quote

Write the quote and email now, and have Quoterium send them later: this afternoon, tomorrow morning, next Monday or at a time you choose.

You can prepare a quote now and have it sent later, for example first thing on Monday.

Schedule the send

  1. Click Preview & send and prepare the email as usual.
  2. Open the Send drop-down and choose Today 1pm, Tomorrow 8am, Monday 8am (the date is shown) or Custom date & time…. For a custom time, pick the date and time in the box that appears.
  3. Click Schedule.

Times are in your computer's local time. Today 1pm is not available once it is past 1pm.

While it is waiting

  • The quote keeps its current status (usually Draft), and the line above the title shows Scheduled with the date.
  • You can keep editing. The email links to the quote itself, so the customer sees the latest content when they open it.
  • To send straight away instead, open Preview & send again and choose Send now.

When the time comes

The quote is sent automatically within a few minutes of the chosen time, with the recipients, subject, message, CC and copy settings you chose. It then behaves exactly like a quote you sent yourself.

If it cannot be sent then, for example because no recipient has an email address any more, the schedule is cancelled and the reason is recorded in the quote's History. Open the quote and send it again.

Follow-up emails cannot be scheduled; they are always sent straight away.
