Team and settings
Roles, invitations and profiles, plus every organisation setting from branding to tax and email.
- Roles and permissions Every team member is the owner, an admin or a member. Here is what each role can do in Quoterium.
- Invite your team Admins can invite colleagues by email as members or admins. Invitations can be resent as a link or revoked until they are accepted.
- Remove a team member and reassign their quotes When someone leaves, remove them from the organisation and, if you like, hand their quotes to a colleague in the same step.
- Your profile, email signature and saved signature Set the name and details customers see on your quotes, the signature added to your emails, a saved signature for countersigning, and your password.
- Organisation settings An overview of the Settings pages, and how to set your company details, address, timezone and date format.
- Branding and layout Add your logo and brand colour, choose whether you send quotes, proposals or estimates, and decide how customers can download, view and accept them.
- Quote defaults Set the currency, tax mode, numbering, validity period, follow-up timing, rounding, default terms and default payment schedule for new quotes.
- Tax rates and sales categories Create the tax rates you charge, choose a default, and group items into sales categories with a default tax rate and an accounting code.
- Email and sending settings Choose the address your quotes come from, send through your own mail server if you like, test the setup, and write the default quote email.
