Go to Settings → Branding & layout (admins only). A Preview on the right shows a mock-up of the customer page as you change things.
Logo
Choose Upload logo and pick a PNG, JPG or SVG file. It appears on the customer's quote page, the PDF and your emails. The logo is saved as soon as it is uploaded; use Replace logo or Remove to change it. A wide logo with a transparent background usually works best.
Brand colour
Pick a colour or type its six-digit hex code, such as #1A4D8F. It is used for buttons, links and highlights on the customer page, and as the accent colour in the app for your team. If the colour is too light for text to be readable on it, Quoterium adjusts it where needed so pages stay legible.
Typeface
Quotes use Archivo, Quoterium's own typeface, unless you choose another. Type in Typeface to search the Google Fonts library, by name, and pick one; the Preview shows it straight away. It is used for the whole quote on the customer page and in the quote's Preview tab. To go back, choose Use Archivo, the default. The PDF and emails keep Archivo.
Document type
Choose Quote, Proposal or Estimate. This is the word used in headings, emails and the PDF for new quotes. Each quote can also be changed individually in its Settings tab.
PDF & access
- Let customers download a PDF, with a Page size of A4 or US Letter.
- Block viewing of expired quotes and Block viewing of declined quotes: when ticked, customers see a short message instead of the quote once it has expired or been declined.
Acceptance & e-signature
- Acceptance statement: the text the customer agrees to when accepting.
- Require the customer to tick the statement.
- E-signature: Not asked, Optional or Required.
- Verify the signer's email with a one-time code.
- Ask for an order / PO number and Allow comments on acceptance.
Every acceptance is recorded with a signature certificate at the end of the PDF. See Accepting a quote and e-signatures.
Choose Save changes at the bottom of the page when you're done.
