Removing someone takes away their access to your organisation immediately. Their quotes stay in Quoterium.
Remove a member
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Choose Remove next to the person.
- Under Reassign their quotes to, either pick a colleague or leave it on Keep as is (shown as past team member).
- Choose Remove to confirm.
If you reassign, every quote they owned moves to the colleague you picked, who then appears as the quote's author. If you keep them as they are, the quotes still show the former member's name.
Reassign a single quote
Admins can change the owner of any quote at any time, even while it is live: open the quote, go to its Settings tab and choose someone in Owner.
Good to know
- The owner of the organisation can't be removed, and you can't remove yourself.
- Removing someone from your organisation doesn't delete their login. If they belong to other organisations, they keep access to those.
- Removing a member frees a place on your plan.
