Troubleshooting
Quick fixes for missing emails, customer links, acceptance, exchange rates, Xero, locked accounts and sign-in.
- Emails not arriving Your customer hasn't received a quote, or a colleague's invitation is missing? Work through spam folders, addresses, your sending settings and a test email.
- Your customer can't open the quote What the messages on the customer's quote page mean (not found, being updated, withdrawn, expired or declined) and how to fix each one.
- Your customer can't accept the quote Help a customer who can't accept: expired quotes, missing required fields, signatures and one-time verification codes.
- An exchange rate looks wrong Why a converted price may differ from the rate you expected: reference rates, margins, fixed rates, rounding and the date the quote was priced.
- Xero connection problems Fix common Xero messages: an expired connection, no organisation selected, missing account codes or tax rates, and contacts that no longer exist.
- I can't open my quotes: the account is locked If you only see a banner and the billing page, your trial or subscription has ended. Your data is safe; the owner can restore access by choosing a plan.
- Forgotten password Reset your password from the sign-in page with a link we email you. The link works once and expires after an hour.
- Contact support How to reach the Quoterium team, and what to include so we can help quickly.
