Quote statistics
| Figure | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Sent | Quotes sent to this client, with their combined value. Drafts and withdrawn quotes are not counted. |
| Accepted | Quotes the client accepted. |
| Awaiting reply | Quotes still open: sent, or taken offline for editing. |
| Not accepted | Quotes that were declined or expired. |
| Average value | The average value of a sent quote. |
| Acceptance rate | Accepted quotes as a share of all decided ones (accepted plus not accepted). |
The date of the most recent quote is given under the figures, as Last quote. Amounts are shown in your base currency. Quotes in other currencies are converted using the exchange rate stored on each quote, so the figures don't move when rates change.
Start a quote for the client
Choose New quote at the top of the page to start a quote for the client's primary contact (or the first contact), or Quote next to a particular contact. The quote starts from your default template, in the client's preferred currency if one is set, and with the client's private notes copied in. See Quote templates.
