Every page in Quoterium shares the same header. Here is what each part does.
Main navigation
- Dashboard: the quotes that need your attention (questions to answer, drafts to finish, quotes worth a follow-up, accepted quotes to countersign), then how quoting is going. See Using the dashboard.
- Quotes: every quote, with search, filters and bulk actions. See The quotes list.
- Clients: the companies you quote for. Contacts: the people at those companies, and individuals. See Clients and contacts.
- Library: reusable price items and text items, your quote templates (Library → Quote templates) and files to attach to quotes (Library → Files). See Library items and Templates.
On smaller screens the navigation moves into a menu button at the top right.
New quote
The New quote button is always in the header. It asks whether to start from an empty quote or from one of your templates.
Quick search
Type at least two characters into the search box in the header to find quotes, clients and contacts. Quotes match on title, number, company or contact name. Up to five results of each kind appear; use the arrow keys and Enter, or click a result. Archived quotes are not included; find them on the Quotes page with the Archived filter.
Account menu
The circle with your initials opens the account menu. It shows your name and email, the organisation you are working in and your role, and offers:
- a switcher, when you belong to more than one organisation, and + New organisation (see Working with more than one organisation);
- Your profile: your name, job title, phone, email signature, saved signature and password;
- Settings;
- Help centre, which opens this help centre in a new tab;
- Support, for owners and admins, to ask the Quoterium team for help (other members see a note asking them to contact an admin);
- Sign out.
Settings
Settings are grouped into Organisation (Organisation, Branding & layout), Quotes (Quote defaults, Currencies & rates, Tax & categories, Emails & sending) and Account (Integrations, Team, Plan & billing, Your profile). Only admins see the organisation settings; other team members see Your profile. See Roles and permissions.
