Your data is yours. Here's what you can download yourself.
Quotes list
- Go to Quotes.
- Set the filters to the quotes you want, or clear them to include everything.
- Choose Export CSV.
The file has one row per quote, with these columns: Number, Title, Status, Progress, Customer, Client, Contact, Owner, Currency, Total, Base currency, Total (base), Exchange rate, Valid until, Sent, Accepted, Declined, First viewed, Views, Follow-ups, Created and Updated.
Individual quotes
Open a quote and choose Download PDF in its actions menu. Accepted quotes include the signature certificate.
Library
In the Library, choose Export CSV to download every price and text item that isn't archived. See Import and export library items.
Subscription invoices
The owner can download invoices for your Quoterium subscription under Settings → Plan & billing. See Payment method, invoices and billing email.
Clients, contacts and quotes through the API
An admin can generate an API token in Settings → Integrations and read every client, contact and quote, with its items and PDF, from your own systems. See Use the Quoterium API.
Everything else
For a complete export of your organisation, contact support from the owner's email address.
