When a quote can't be shown, the customer sees a short message instead. Here is what each one means and what to do.
"We couldn't find that quote"
The link is incomplete or wrong, often because it was broken across two lines or only partly copied. Copy the Customer link from the quote editor and send it again, or resend the quote. Each recipient has their own link, so check you sent the right person's link.
"This quote is being updated"
The quote has been taken offline for editing (or was never sent). When you're done, open the quote's actions menu and choose Put back online (no email is sent) or Preview & send. The customer can then choose Check again.
"This quote has been withdrawn"
Withdrawn quotes can't be viewed. If it was withdrawn by mistake, choose Edit (reopen, take offline) in the actions menu, then send it again.
"This quote has expired" or "This quote was declined"
These appear only if you have ticked Block viewing of expired quotes or Block viewing of declined quotes under Settings → Branding & layout. Otherwise customers can still read expired and declined quotes, but can't accept them.
To give the customer more time on an expired quote, choose Edit (reopen, take offline), change Valid until in the quote's Settings tab, and send it again. See Send a quote.
Checking what your customer sees
If you open a customer link while signed in to Quoterium, a Customer view notice appears at the top and your visits aren't counted as customer views. To see exactly what a customer sees, open the link in a private browsing window. More about the customer's page: The customer's quote page.
