Reset your password

1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot? next to the password field.
2. Enter the Email you sign in with and choose Send reset link.
3. Open the "Reset your password" email and choose Reset password.
4. Enter a New password (at least 8 characters), repeat it in Confirm password and choose Set new password.

You're taken back to the sign-in page, where you can sign in with your new password.

The email didn't arrive

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure you used the address you sign in with. For privacy, the page looks the same whether or not an account exists for the address you typed.
• Request another link. Only the newest link works.

"This reset link is invalid or has expired"

Reset links last one hour and can be used only once. Request a new one from the sign-in page.

You were invited but never set a password

If a colleague invited you and you haven't accepted yet, you don't have a password. Use the Accept invitation button in the invitation email, or ask an admin to send the link again. See Invite your team.

You no longer have access to that email address

Contact support. We'll need to confirm who you are before changing the address on your account.
