You can cancel whenever you like. Only the organisation owner can cancel or resume.
Cancel
- Go to Settings → Plan & billing.
- Under Payment, choose Cancel subscription.
- Confirm with Cancel subscription.
Nothing more is charged. You keep full access until the end of the current monthly or yearly period, and the status shows the date it ends. A banner reminds everyone of that date.
Changed your mind?
Before the end date, the owner can choose Resume subscription on the same page or in the banner at the top of every page. The subscription carries on as if nothing happened.
When the period ends
The organisation is locked and the app only lets you reach the billing page. Your quotes, clients, library, templates and settings are all kept. To start again, the owner simply chooses a plan. See When access is locked.
Before you go
- Export anything you want to keep outside Quoterium, such as your quotes list or library. See Export your data.
