Every new organisation starts with a 14-day free trial. You don't need to enter a card to start it, and every feature is available during the trial.
Keeping track
A banner at the top of the app shows how many days are left, with a Choose a plan link. The owner and admins can also see the trial's end date under Settings → Plan & billing, where the status shows as Free trial.
Choosing a plan during the trial
The owner can choose a plan at any time. See Choose or change your plan.
When the trial ends
If no plan has been chosen by the end of the trial, the organisation is locked: the banner says Your free trial has ended, and the app only lets you reach the billing page until a plan is chosen. Nothing is deleted. Your quotes, clients, library, templates and settings are all kept, and everything is back as soon as the owner chooses a plan. See When access is locked.
A trial for each organisation
If you create another organisation from the account menu, it gets its own 14-day trial. See Work with several organisations.
Getting the most out of the trial
- Set up your logo, colour and company details: Branding and layout.
- Add a few library items and a template: The library and Quote templates.
- Send a test quote to yourself to see what customers see: Your first quote.
