Contact support

How to reach the Quoterium team, and what to include so we can help quickly.

If this help centre hasn't answered your question, we're happy to help.

From the app

Admins and the owner can contact support from inside Quoterium:

  1. Open the account menu (the circle with your initials, top right) and choose Support.
  2. Choose Contact support, pick a topic, add a subject and your message, and choose Send message.

Requests belong to your organisation, not to one person: every admin sees all of them on the Support page, with the whole conversation, and can reply there or by email. Each request shows Waiting for support, Answered or Closed. When a conversation is finished, choose Archive to move it to the Archived list. Choose Restore to bring it back; it also comes back by itself if anyone writes again.

Members don't have the Support page. If you're a member, ask an admin of your organisation to contact us, or use the form on our support page.

From the website

Anyone can use the form on our support page. We reply by email; to add anything, or to answer us, reply to our email.

What to include

A few details let us help you much faster:

  • your organisation's name and the email address you sign in with;
  • the quote number, client or page involved;
  • what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
  • the exact wording of any error message;
  • your browser and device, especially for display or accessibility problems.

Please don't send passwords, full card numbers or other secrets. We never need them.

Billing and account questions

For anything about your subscription, ownership of an organisation, changing your sign-in email or deleting data, write from the owner's email address where possible, so we can act on the request.
