Quoterium works out of the box, but a few minutes in Settings makes your quotes look and behave like your business. You need to be an owner or admin to change these settings.
- Organisation details. In Settings → Organisation, check your company name, email, phone, website, tax number, address, timezone and date format. These appear on quotes, PDFs and emails.
- Branding. In Settings → Branding & layout, upload your logo, choose your brand colour and decide whether you send quotes, proposals or estimates. See Branding.
- Acceptance and e-signature. On the same page, decide what customers must do to accept: tick a statement, sign, verify their email. See Acceptance and e-signature settings.
- Quote defaults. In Settings → Quote defaults, set the default currency, tax mode and label, number prefix, next quote number, how many days quotes are valid, follow-up timing, default terms and a default payment schedule. See Default payment terms and milestones.
- Tax. Add your tax rates and sales categories. See Tax rates and sales categories.
- Emails. Set who quote emails come from and write your standard message. See Email sending settings.
- Currencies. If you quote abroad, review exchange-rate margins and fixed rates. See Exchange rates, margins and fixed rates.
- Library and templates. Add the products and services you sell, and build a template or two. See Library items and Templates.
- Team. Invite colleagues and choose their roles. See Invite your team.
- Xero. If you invoice with Xero, connect it. See Connect Xero.
- Your profile. Ask everyone to add their job title and phone number in Your profile; they appear under "Prepared by" on the quotes they own. Saving a signature there makes countersigning a single click.
- Plan. Before your trial ends, choose a plan in Settings → Plan & billing. See Plans and pricing.
